Regardless of the difference in international data rights law, SilverBell Global respects your right to make requests regarding personal information collected, held, and shared by SilverBell Global, LLC.

Requests are evaluated based on the totality of circumstances. Should it be determined that your request is more likely valid than not, the requested action will be taken. All documentation provided in support of your request will be considered.

You may make your request using this form or by emailing inquiry@silverbellglobal.com with the subject line: DATA REQUEST. A confirmation of receipt will be provided within 10 days of submission. We will make every effort to respond as quickly as possible; however, the official response window is 45 days from the date of receipt. If additional time is required, you will be notified within that window along with the reasons for the extension, which may be up to 45 additional days.

If your request is deemed valid, the requested action will be taken with proper notification given. If we are unable to honor your request, you will be informed of the reasons for the denial.

We may share your data request with third parties, depending on the type of request that you submit (see below). If applicable, we will request that third parties comply with your data request and provide verification; however, we cannot guarantee third parties’ compliance vis-a-vis data requests.

Should you wish to request data from a third party, please submit your request directly to that organization or company.
